2011 Fall Miscellaneous

Memorial Drive in September, about a week before Caleb learned how to ride a bike on his own

Watching the best team in baseball lose in a shocking finish to the season

Cabes at Linvilla Orchards, outside of Philadelphia

All of us!

Typical photogenic Hahl boy :-)

Opa handling the temperatures in the 40s.

We paid respects to Mary Chilton, our Mayflower ancestor, on Thanksgiving. She was famous for jumping off the Mayflower to be the first female Pilgrim on North American soil.

Here's somebody who'd jump off the boat to be first, too: Caleb and his great, great, great, etc. grandmother.

More descendants of Mary Chilton.

Thanksgiving at the Colonial Inn with Oma and Opa. This was our best picture of the night. Sorry!

Caleb and I went on a Mother-Son date on the Esplanade, by the Charles River. Here he is checking out an MX-240.
I actually made that up--I have no idea what this thing is called!

We had fun riding our bikes all around and we worked up an appetite for ice cream.

And we found a cool zipline while we were there! Check it out.

And by the way, I'm so glad you aren't retiring your blog. Ever since Tara and Evan stopped their website thing, we have zero pictures of them. Their pictures on our cousins board are all years outdated. We really only know what they look like from the occasional times we see them each year!
